Pssst. Sandwich has a secret! She’s looking for a foster or adoptive home! She may be 73 pounds, but she’s still a two-year-old baby at heart. And boy, is she cute! She loves her stuffed animals so much that she carries them around with her!

Sandwich is a cuddly, sweet, affectionate girl who adores spending time with her peeps doing just about anything! Working in the yard? Sandwich would be more than happy to help! Taking a walk? Oh, yes, she loves walks and is even good on leash! Watching a little Netflix or reading a book? Sandwich will keep you company AND let you rub her belly! What a deal!

Sandwich loves to run and play and she has the cutest little gallop! Given her size, enthusiasm and exuberance when playing, Sandwich would do best in a home with no or older kids.

While she much prefers the companionship of people over dogs right now, we aren’t ruling out that Sandwich could live with another dog just yet. If you have another dog, we would be happy to have our excellent trainers introduce them to Sandwich to see if they can be roomies!

Sandwich went into a temporary, emergency foster with a very kind family who saved her at the very last hour from being euthanized by her previous owners. Her fosters can't keep her much longer because they have several other pets and live in a very small house and quarters are tight!

The good news is that Sandwich is spayed, fully housetrained, kennel trained, and up to date on vaccinations. In other words, Sandwich is ready to go home -- with you!
