Goose
Goose is a calm, sweet hound dog.
Once upon a time, there was a hound dog named Goose. And Goose, well, he has a story to tell, but he's not one for too many words, so here it goes.
One day Goose was out wandering, as hound dogs do. He found his way to a person and then to a busy shelter. He stayed at that shelter for a little bit over a week. He sure is a looker, so he was snatched right up by a family. That family kept Goose for several months. One day the family contacted The Pet Connection for Goose to find a new family.
Goose is a good boy. He is leash trained, house trained, and honestly prefers to spend most of his day lying around in the yard and scoping out the locals like any hound dog would. He's sweet and gets along with the other dogs. He doesn't have high anxiety; he just wants to lie around in the yard or a quiet corner.
Goose is now looking for a new home to offer him just that. If you have a house with a yard, you get a point. If your house offers Goose lots of things to look at, give yourself another point. If you are looking for a lazy 'ol dog, you're in the right place. And if you know how to play the banjo or guitar, you'd better just go get in the truck and take 'ol Goose home.
Goose is approximately 2 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and comes with classes and behavioral support provided by The Pet Connection following his adoption.
If you're still here and interested, go ahead and call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387. Goose is in the Kansas City metro, but transport is available to the right home.
