Meet Haggard, our friend from City of Raytown Animal Services! Haggard is a fantastic all-around guy! He is a beautiful shepherd mix, neutered male, around 3 years old. He is heartworm-negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly and toy friendly! He is a calm boy, listens well, loves to carry around his favorite toys, and can play a perfect game of keep away. He weighs around 50lbs and is ready for a life of fun, trips, walks, and lazy afternoons watching TV.
