Sully

Sully is new to The Pet Connection and oh my goodness, he's a sweetheart! With the help of Pawsitive Tails, we sprang him from KC Pet Project, where he had been staying since September 2022, after being brought in as a stray. Sully was pretty stressed at the shelter -- with so many dogs coming into the shelter right now, it's noisy and chaotic, with not much space for each dog, and not enough volunteers to give the dogs adequate time out each day. He needed another option and we figured out a way to give him one.

Turns out that Sully is a delight! He just loves people. He loves food and will do anything for it. (We feel ya buddy, don't worry -- food is our thing, too.) Sully is a gentleman and takes his treats gently. He seems housetrained and does his business outside. Snuggling on the sofa is his jam, but he's also energetic and curious. And he loves playing with his tennis balls.

Sully's skin is red, irritated, and itchy, so we're working on figuring that out now, starting with possible food allergies. Of course, we'll help his foster/adopter with that AND his training, too!
